I worked with John (Jack) at the Dupont site,Pencader. He was one of the best people that I worked with at Dupont. He kept telling me to stop in and see him at the beach but I could never find his house.RIP,John. God Bless you Delores.

Dear Mrs. Heckert and family, I remember the fond times we had as neighbors in Brookside. Our dog Sandy loved visiting with you. I am so sorry to hear of your loss and understand how you feel as we lost my mom (Theresa) on September 3, 2011. Mom always talked about visiting you down the beach. I did not know Mr. Heckert, but if a man be judged by the son he raised, he must have been a fine man indeed. My condolences to the family.

To the Heckert Family:
I was so sad to here of your Dad's passing. We were neighbors years ago in Brookside. My Dad (Al) passed away suddenly after my wedding. Mom lived in the Brookside home until she could no longer afford to. She moved in with my youngest sister Theresa. Mom (Thersa Krah) also passed away on September 3, 2011 and the Strano & Feeley Funeral Home in Newark does have her obituary.
I just wanted to let you know that everytime we went to Dewey Beach where we have a Condo Mom would say let's try and find Mr. & Mrs. Heckert.
