I had the privilege of working with Jack for many years at Haverford PD. He was a terrific Sergeant who put his Officers first. He was a man of integrity and loyalty who also became a treasured friend. I was a better Police Officer because of his care and concern for me on a personal level, and I am a better person for having had him in my life.
Rest well, my friend and mentor. You have more than earned it.
