A sympathy card has been sent to the family of Dr. John Joseph Bergquist.
I am saddened to hear of John's passing. As a former patient and neighbor, I have fond memories of those earlier years when our children were young. Later on you took such good care of my perio needs at FDSP. Every dentist there who knew John had such high praise of him. My heart goes out to you, Mary, and all the children and grandchildren.
Eternal rest grant unto him O Lord,
And let perpetual Light shine upon him.
May his souls
And the souls of all the faithful departed
Through the mercy of God
Rest in peace.
Amen.
Our condolenses to the entire family. We always enjoyed the times we were able to spend with you,Mary, and John.

Dr. Bergquist was a professor of mine at the University of Maryland Dental. I have always treasured his warm presence in clinic and the strong positive demeanor of his teaching methods. A true gentle man, a model for all to have followed. Whenever I would run into Dr. Bergquist, he would always ask me how were my children. Dr. Bergquist was a true mentor and I will always have dear memories of this special man. I am sorry for your loss. John K. Brooks, DDS class of 79'
