Joanne Gavazzi's Obituary
Joanne Gavazzi, age 74, of Bridgeville, Delaware, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, April 4, 2026.
Born on October 31, 1951, in Passaic, New Jersey, Joanne was the beloved daughter of the late Paul Bianco and Peggy Bianco. She was also the loving sister of Mary Bianco, Barbara Madrigal of Clifton, New Jersey, Christine Bianco, and Jennifer Bianco. Joanne was a proud graduate of Clifton High School.
On October 29, 1972, Joanne married the love of her life, Ronald Gavazzi, in Passaic, New Jersey. Together they built a life centered on love, dedication, and family.
Joanne worked as an office manager in a doctor’s office, where she was known for her strong work ethic, organization, and kindness toward both colleagues and patients. She took pride in her work and the relationships she built throughout her career.
Joanne enjoyed many simple pleasures in life. Her hobbies included shopping, playing cards, watching Hallmark Christmas movies, cheering on the Yankees, and spending time at the beach.
She is survived by her loving husband, Ronald Gavazzi; her children, David Gavazzi, Allison Cooper, and Ron Gavazzi; and her cherished grandchildren, David Gavazzi Jr., Rheanna Gavazzi, Alexa Cooper, Robinson Cooper, Gabrielle Gavazzi, Jasmine Gavazzi, and Jonathan Gavazzi.
Joanne will be remembered for her warmth, devotion to her family, and the care she showed to those around her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
