Jesse S. Jenkot Jr.'s Obituary
Jesse Stanley Jenkot Jr., age 76 of Rehoboth Beach, DE, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 24, 2019. He was born in Wilmington, DE, on May 11, 1943, son of the late Jesse S. Sr. and Sophia (Opechowska) Jenkot.
Mr. Jenkot was a graduate of H. Fletcher Brown Vocational High School, Class of 1963. He was a proud veteran, serving honorably in the US Army as a military policeman. Mr. Jenkot was the owner and operator of Seaside Printing Company up until his retirement. He was a proud member of the Republican party and supported various charities focusing on women and children. Above all, Mr. Jenkot cherished time spent with those he held most dear. He was a loving and devoted father, grandfather, cousin, and friend, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Jenkot was preceded in death by his grandson, Timothy J. Desmond II; his sister, Jaqueline McGaha; his nephew, John McGaha; his great nephew, Ryan McGaha; and his niece, Jennifer McGaha. He is survived by his daughters: Kelly Williamson (Sean Starkey) of Sudlersville, MD and Jessica Jenkot (Dan Kenney) of Delaware; his grandchildren: Kristie Yoder (Steven), Zachary Williamson, Kassidy Williamson, Nick Starkey, Alex Starkey, Ashton Jenkot, and Zoey Jenkot; his great-grandson, Hunter J. Yoder; and his cousin, Richard Shepherd.
