I'm proud to have shared our brotherhood together, from near & from across the world.
I'm proud that we both served our country with pride & honor. I'm glad Mom & Dad gave me a little brother, (so I wouldn’t get in trouble alone). Jeff, we share a lifetime of memories. I will never forget you, our fun family adventures, the never ending laughter we had together, as a couple of crazy kids & fun loving adults.
I'm a blessed man to have had a sibling to grow up with, I'm forever blessed, with a brother I loved with my heart & soul. We shall meet again my dear friend/brother, and I'll bring some bait & we can catch up with our fishing stories. I am grateful that God took you in a quiet, peaceful manner, with no more suffering, no more demons, no more pain.
May the peace of Jesus Christ guide you to your final eternal destination. I'll always remember you & love you Jeff.

For over 45 years, I had the gift of calling you not just my brother-in-law, but truly my brother. What we shared went far beyond family ties—it was a bond built on laughter, trust, and a deep, unspoken understanding that grew stronger with each passing year.
You welcomed me into the family with such warmth and kindness, and from that moment on, you treated me with a love and respect I will always treasure. Through all of life’s ups and downs, you were a steady presence—someone I could count on, someone who made everything feel a little lighter just by being there.

I grew up across the street from the Minskers in Elsmere and you couldn't ask for a nicer family. I used to pal around with Andy and his dad as a kid and they were the nicest, kindest folks. Always friendly and watching out for the older folks. I was sad to have lost touch when they left the neighborhood.

Just a stand up person Jeff was.

My thoughts are with the Minsker family as they work through this terrible loss.

So sorry for your loss,Jeff was a fun great guy,as Kids we did Gymnastics together at the Turners Club,and had great times afterwards.My Condolences to the family RIP old friend.🙏
