Such an incredible loss. I met Jeffy through my stepson. This is my favorite photo of him at my house with the perfectly organized tater tots. His presence will be missed. Deepest sympathy to the Claudy family.

This breaks my heart. He made our trips to Shaking Crab so much fun when I came to visit my friend in Rehoboth Beach from Ct. Wish I could play this video! Oh how he could make you laugh and have a great time. He will surely be missed. My condolences to his Family and Friends and The entire Shaking Crab Crew ❤️🙏❤️
Jeff, I tried to wait until I could find the right words but they aren't coming to me easily. You will be dearly missed by me and the many others who got to call you their friend along the way- almost as much as you will be fondly remembered. Over the years, we had the opportunity and pleasure to share in many adventures and perhaps even some misadventures. From being the last ones awake at the beach opening up another beer when the sun came back up, to being the best skipper and canoe trip partner, to trying to sneak back stage and ending up on the roof at the Garth Brooks concert, I could always count on you to be there when a good time was to be had. So until we meet again, it's so long for now, old friend. Fair winds and following seas, and bravo zulu on a life well lived.
You will be missed❤️… you will be remembered as a man with a big heart and huge love for animals. In the little time on earth you made a big impact on many people’s lives. The best person to travel with for sure!!! Thank you for being my friend.
A great friend who became like family. If ever in need Jeff was there and he always welcomed the world with a smile even when the world sometimes tried to knock him down. Jeff could change the whole atmosphere in the room and wanted to get to know everyone. They say you can judge a person by whether or not a dog likes them, I never met a dog that didnt love Jeff (and that Jeff didn't love ❤️).
"Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us everyday. Unseen, unheard, but always near. Still loved, still missed, and very dear❤️"
Jeff always wanted to make people happy. He wasn't afraid to dance and love. He would give you the shirt off his back or his last dollar if you needed it, even if he didn't know you. You will be remembered forever and always 🫶 All of us will share our memories with you with others, and we will treasure them forever. You live on in all of us. ❤️🤍

2 of my fondest memories of Jeff are his love of animals. We got our 2nd dog DAISY a year after he moved to Delaware and she is usually skittish at first around New people but as soon as he walked in the door and sat on the couch she was instantly in his lap and so was our dog DAK that loved Jeff everyday he lived here. My 2nd fondest memory was when Jeff lived here my dad got sick with cancer for the 2nd time and in his weakened state couldn't do much and Jeff never hesitated to offer to help. Especially taking me back and forth to dialysis. He was a huge help to my entire family. He will always be remembered and missed in this household
Met him in Florida at his mom n dad home.Penny n Mike home. Very kind man. He will be missed so much from all his family. So sorry for his loss. Xxoo
