My sincerest condolances to Ann and your entire family. I first met Jeff when I was Mayor and he was with Duffield. His love of Stone Harbor was evident and it was reassuring to know he understood our needs and his sincere desire to help. As a neighbor and fellow member of the Yacht Club, it was always fun to run into him and catch up on things. I will forever have a memory of Jeff zipping down 92nd Street on his Segway and stopping at my house and teaching my grandson, who was about 14 at the time, how to ride the Segway. What a thrill. I will miss seeing his smile as he walked by with his dog. May he Rest in Peace .
Just found out about Jeff’s passing this morning. He was one of my first troop leaders when I joined Troop 50 at 11 yrs. old. We reconnected a few years ago working on the Cavaliers CC project. My love and prayers to my old friend and colleague Ann Hilkert from Brandywine HS. I’m sorry I missed honoring him at the services. Take care.
I just learned of Jeff's passing and am heartsick. What a wonderful man he was and I feel blessed to have known him. Rest in peace, my friend.
Dear Sis and family, your husband, father, brother and Grandfather was a very unique person. Jeff was always ready to help whatever the concern might have been. His smile and humor were contagious. His accomplishments, contributions, within business and community give a glimpse of type of person Jeff was. Sis and family, Jeff's memory will be with you each and every day. My Deepest Sympathy for you Ann and family. Nancy L Crowder
Dear Sis and family~
Our hearts go out to all of you on this very sad loss of your husband, Dad, brother and grandfather. His wonderful memory will forever live in your hearts. Love, Kathy & Ray Schubert and family
Jeff truly was one in a million. His list of accomplishments and contributions speaks for itself but many of us knew the other remarkable side of him too. He had a smile that lit up a room. He was leader in the JDHS Class of ‘65 and remained a driving force in the numerous reunions. His loyalty, dedication, generosity, and friendship will be greatly missed. Our sympathy is extended to Ann, Megan, Stephanie, Brando, and Jeff’s grandchildren.
