As Hope's cousin, I always loved Jay and felt he was just a kind wonderful man who always showed God's love. He would definitely want us to remeber his relationship with Christ as the most important thing to him! Praying for all those who are mourning him at this holiday, but glad to know where he is spending Thanksgiving is with Jesus.

As Sussex County's only Public Defender in the 1970s I had a lot of contact with Jay. My memory is he was always in a coat and tie, a reasonable guy with a good sense of humor. Although I have not seen him for decades my positive memory of Jay will always persist. My sympathies to his family. Karl Haller, Georgetown.
