Jane H. Tisher's Obituary
Jane Tisher of Lewes, DE went to the Lord on Monday, August 16, 2010. She was born in Weems, VA on April 9, 1933, daughter of the late Garrison and Clemie (Deagel) Hudson.
Mrs. Tisher was raised in Virginia, spent many years on the West Coast then settled in Sussex County. She will be missed by all who knew her as she was a very special and kind person who helped everyone.
She is survived by three sons: Herbert L Tisher, Jr. of Ellendale, DE, Todd T. Tisher of Virginia, and Tyler Tisher of Lewes; a daughter Sandra Gile of Virginia; 13 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and 27 nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert L Tisher, Sr., a daughter, Carla Howard, and a brother, Rannie S. Hudson.
A Memorial Service will be held Monday, August 23, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Groome United Methodist Church, 600 Savannah Road and Dewey Avenue, Lewes at 11:00 AM with the Rev. William Hopkins officiating. Arrangements by Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Lewes, DE.
