Words can't express how sorry I felt today when I heard about the passing of Mrs. Roach. I loved her when I was growing up and then had the great pleasure of working with her at Public Health. She was such a sweet soul. Our prayers and condolences go out to the entire Roach family during this time of great loss. May God bless and keep you all in your time of sorrow.`
