Our mother could not have asked for a better friend than Jane. They shared many wonderful times together and we were witnesses to their joy for life, adventurous spirits and caring personalities.
We feel lucky that we knew her.

Dear Cousins Katherine and Scott, I am sorry to read of your mother's death. I have been in communication with her since my mother, Verne Bass Howe, your father's first cousin,(daughter of Mary Madeline Geraghty Bass) died in 2000. I live in Pittsfield MA and would attend the graveside service, but I have two weddings to perform on July 12th. It was an honor and a privilege to take care of Mrs. Geraghty at Johns Hopkins Hospital. She was a wonderful and kind woman who will be greatly missed by all of those who knew her. Love and prayers to her family.
