James Ronald Talbot's Obituary
James Ronald Talbot age 63 of Milton,DE, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, July 06, 2010 at Bayhealth Center - Milford. He was born in Philadelphia, PA, on Saturday, October 05, 1946, son of the late William A. and Bertha (Clayton) Talbot. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one daughter, Tina Marie Talbot and one brother, William A. Talbot, Jr.
James has been a resident of the Lewes- Milton area for the past 25 years and retired in 1987 as a supervisor for Perdue Poultry of Georgetown.
He was a member of American Legion Post #17 of Lewes, the VFW Broadkiln Post # 6984 of Milton, was an avid and accomplished fisherman, loved gardening and the outdoors. He especially enjoyed time with his family and friends, and those which he cherished most in life.
He is survived by two sons, William J. Talbot and wife Monica of Milton, DE, Matthew J. Talbot of Lewes, three daughters, Michelle Earle of South Jersey, Suzanne Talbot of Philadelphia, PA and Mallory Talbot Clark and husband Jonathan of Lewes, one brother, Edward "Butch" Talbot of Florida, one sister, Elsie Conner of Philadelphia and ten grandchildren, Tina, Hayley and Meredeth Talbot all of Milton, Amanda and Ritchie Talbot of Milton, Elijah Clark of Lewes and Paul, Sean, Ryan and Jamie Earle, all of South Jersey.
A Celebration of Life in honor of James will be held on Friday, July 16, 2010 at 4:30 PM. aboard the "CELEBRATION", docking at Fisherman's Wharf, Angler's Road, Lewes. All participants are to report to the boat, "Celebration" by 4:15 PM
