James F. Law, Jr.'s Obituary
James F. Law, Jr. (Jim), 63, of Milton, DE, passed away on December 26, 2015 at Beebe Healthcare with his family by his side. He was born on September 14, 1952, in Wilmington, DE, son of the late James F., Sr. and Helen A. Law.
Jim proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force Reserves from 1970 to 1976. After working as a driver for the Petroleum Industry, he retired in June of 2015 to fulfill his dream of living at the beach with his longtime companion, Deb and their two beloved dachshund's Hershey and Buster. Jim enjoyed spending time with his family and some of his longtime Conrad High School friends whom he held dear to his heart.
Jim is survived by and will be lovingly remembered by his two sons: Karl (Nancy) of North Star, DE and Jimmy Law of Rehoboth Beach, DE; his companion, Deb Combs of Milton, DE and her family; mother of his sons, Barbara Schalles Law; three granddaughters: Ashleigh, Maddie and Emma Law; his sister, Dorothy Norris (Andy); his brother, Patrick (Renee) as well as several loved nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff of Beebe Hospital for its loving care given to Jim during his short stay.
In keeping with Jim’s wishes, a traditional funeral will not take place at this time. A Celebration of Jim’s Life will be held at a later date.
