Hollis was like a big brother to me when we were growing up. He will be sorely missed, as he was loved by many. R.I.P. sweetheart.
Condolences for the whole Noel. He lived a full life.
Hollis left an imprint on me. He was a truly gentle man, a GOOD man with a wonderful dry sense of humor. He was God centered and loved Mary and his family. He will be missed and we can only be comforted that he is in the wonder of Heaven. I am sure he is in charge of all motor engines! Much love, Jackie and his heavenly brother, Bob.
Always enjoyed being with Hollis and Mary.....either at Master Gardner's, Hosta Society, their lovely home and train garden. I know he has been welcomed with loving arms in heaven....Mary, may you and your family remember only the best of your lives together...I am sorry I cannot be with you today....Emily Peterson
We are so sorry to hear of Hollis passing, we met him when they moved here. He was a great neighbor and very friendly. He will be missed, our hearts and prayers are with the Noel family
I met Hollis when I visited Mary to see her gardens and most especially the model railroad garden they had created together, with stations named for their grandchildren. Such a kind, gracious man! Mary and Hollis also arranged to have railroad gardens installed at the Sussex County Master Gardeners' annual open house in 2019. A dear and loving couple, and both of them wonderful contributors to our local community. May Hollis rest in peace, and may Mary find peace and comfort in their family and in her memories of him and the beautiful life they built together.

"Mr. Noel" always made me laugh and had such a caring way about him. I will cherish the memories. Blessings and prayers for all of you.
I first met Holl when I was hired at Intercar in 1978, he took me under his wing and helped as this was my first "real' job, he even taught me to like coffee! I have many fond memories of how kind a person he was to me at age 20 and remember a great visit with him and Mary in Pa after they moved there. RIP my friend. duke d.
