It was then and there she married Theodore Papantinas and made a home in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Helen's Greek Orthodox upbringing brought her peace and comfort throughout her life and during her passing days.
Helen enjoyed cooking, especially Greek specialties. She was an avid stamp collector and boasted an impressive collection. She travelled extensively throughout Europe and the United States. Helen enjoyed spending time relaxing in her garden and making fig jam from the fig trees she planted. Helen enjoyed music and dance and was always enthusiastic to hear of a party. Her smile is unforgettable.
