To the family of Hazell Smith, ske was our friend & neighbor,welcoming us to Lewes, Gills Neck Rd, and her horses. She wold give us a call when a new foal was born. Can you imagine the thrill for seven city kids. We wil never forget all her kindnesses. So sorry.wefn
I will miss my dear friend, but I know she was beginning to miss her active life. However, I will treasure my memories of our times together.
We have such wonderful memories of Mrs. Smith during the years of tilling the farm. She always looked toward to the homemade sausage in the fall! We definitely will cherish the memories on Gills Neck Road.
Jill, I am sorry to read about your aunt's passing. Reading the obituary, you must be very proud to have had such an active Aunt. I remember our times with Vicky Maull and I at the Smith's lovely home. I am sure you will miss your Aunt, but now having good memories. I will offer up my Mass tomorrow for her soul and in thanksgiving for her life.
