Gran was one of the sweetest people I will ever have known in my life... She was like a second mother to me and taught me a lot over the years with out her even knowing it. I will miss her deeply. My love to her and my dear friends Marylou, Katie and Judy you too are wonderful people because of her love and devotion I'm sure...
Too my dear friend Hazel, I will miss you very much. Our long talk of years past, kids and everyday things, our trips to the cabin, our time with our daughters. My life was richer for knowing you.

Our love to the whole family at this time. Your Mother and grandmother was a wonderfully sweet lady who leaves many cherished memories with us. We loved our time working next door at the old Salisbury Mall and at Zion Church. It was a special time as our families grewup and had families of their own to share. Our love to you all.
Hazel has been a blessing in so many lives. My family is blessed to have been a part of her life. She will be greatly missed.
We were so sorry to hear the news about Mrs. Bowen. Though years have passed, we have very fond memories of your mother. One in particular was the time she road with us to visit Bill and Peggy Bowen in Connecticut. What a ball we had, she had us laughing the entire trip. It was our pleasure taking her!! Her greateast gift was the love she poured out on her family. Our prayers and blessings are with all of you as we rejoice in your Mom's new life! Love to all.
Dear Mike, Mary Lou and Katie,
I'm so sorry to hear of Hazel's passing, she was a lovely, sweet person and a shining example of living a beautiful life with kindness and humor. It was always a joy to be in her presence. May the beautiful memories you hold in your heart bring you comfort and joy everytime you think of her and miss her. How different this world would be if we would all live as she did.
God Bless you in this season of mourning.

So glad i got to meet her she was so sweet she will be missed.Loved sitting with her.
It was my pleasure in knowing Hazel especially the past few years. She was like a mother to me and I enjoyed her company. She always had time to talk. And when I was leaving, she wanted to know when I would be down next. And if it was more than a few weeks, she would give me the eye and said come back more ofter.
