Harry Sheldon Kendall's Obituary
Harry Sheldon Kendall, age 81, of Lewes, DE passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, August 28, 2017, at Harbor Health Care & Rehabilitation Center, in Lewes, DE. He was born Friday, February 5, 1937 in Wilmington, DE, son of the late Harry and Corrine (Sheldon) Kendall.
Mr. Kendall graduated from Wilmington University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business. He also served 9 years in the National Guard. He worked as a florist for many years where he was known for his fantastic floral arrangements. Mr. Kendall enjoyed listening to music, playing games and crafting.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Kendall was preceded in death by his brothers: George, John and Norman; his sisters, Alison and Sarah; and his grandson, Brandon Robertson. Mr. Kendall is survived by his granddaughters: Ellen Comer, Delorean McCleary, Madilyn Barns and Kristen Robertson; his grandsons: Timothy and Jonathan Robertson; his great granddaughters: Angelia, Allison and Brooke; and his great grandson: Nicholas; and special family: Tim and Shawn Robertson.
