You were a wonderful friend, going to miss you dearly! RIP
Joe always laughed at my silly jokes. Were shared a love for good ole corny humor.
I will miss laughing with him.
I will always miss Harlan's smile. He was a congenital caring gentle person. May he rest in peace. His beach friends as well as his family are in my thoughts. Rest in peace my friend. ♡
I would always see Harlan out at social events, theater shows and at fundraisers back in the day and he was always so nice and polite and then we became friends on Facebook as well. Him and Dusty were such a staple in the Rehoboth scene. Not a bad word was ever said about him and he was always so supportive of this community. We lost another great one to the angels up in heaven.
What a kind and genuine person! Always enjoyed time spent with Harlan! During one of his parties, he shared a recipe for French Onion Wonton Bites, which now I make for every family friend gathering! God bless him and his family! 🙏
Joe, may you rest in peace and may God have mercy on you and ease the pain on your family.
I loved coming to visit at Rehoboth! Waking up to coffee, potatoes and gravy, and nice morning chat always made my day. I loved our happy hour drinks at Diego’s, especially when I turned 21 and he still called me “The Child.” I love you, Uncle Joe. Thank you for always being such a light in a world that can seem so dark.
Joe was a sweetie. I always enjoyed our chats, especially over a glass of wine (Joe) & orange crush (me) at Diego's. Much love to Dusty & the Smith family.
So glad we got to know him the last few years. Always enjoyed our talks and his smiling face. He will be missed! ❤️
Joe was always pleasant and fun to talk with, he had a great sense of humor and was very proud of his family. My deepest sympathy for Dusty and family! Joe's memories will always be a blessing
