Geraldine Parker's Obituary
Geraldine L. Parker, age 82, of Rehoboth Beach, DE, died Friday, July 6, 2007, at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes, DE. Mrs. Parker was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on May 31, 1925. She moved to Rehoboth Beach 23 years ago with her husband from Woodbury, New Jersey. She had been employed as a seamstress in a dress manufacturing factory. Mrs. Parker was a member of the Order of Eastern Star in the Paulsboro, NJ Lodge. She enjoyed antiquing.
Mrs. Parker is survived by her husband of 63 years, William E. Parker; Two Sons,
Kevin G. Parker and Thomas Hubler, both of Laurel, DE; a daughter-in-law Joyce Parker of Mantua, NJ; a brother-James Miller of Winona, N.J; a granddaughter Diane E. Parker; & two great grandchildren.
She was pre-deceased by her parents Roy and Grace Lillian (Kent) Parker and a son William W. Parker, who died in 2002.
Funeral services will be held on Friday July 13, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium. 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, DE with Rev. Fred Duncan officiating. Interment will be at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Millsboro, DE at 1:00 P.M. following the funeral services.
