It is difficult to put into words the sadness that my heart feels regarding the passing of Georgette....It was wonderful to get to know her even though it was only for a short time........
I pray that God will give strength and peace and all that is needed for family and friends at this sorrowful time............

I will miss Georgette and pray for her and the family. She was a wonderful friend and I will miss her. I loved singing with her and Billy at the Cape Henlopen Senior Center. She always had a smile on her face and would help anyone. She was so happy her family all came to live in Delaware.
Georgette was a guiding light in everything she did. When we moved to VOL she was quick to make me feel comfortable as if I had known her for years. She was smart, funny, compassionate and kind. Blessings and prayers for her family. Diane and David Wilson
Georgette may be gone but her memory lives on in all of us. The CHSC chorus will be missing a powerful voice and an ardent supporter. I will always remember her rendition of 'Jingle Bell Rock' at the Christmas concert--she was a gifted performer and personality. RIP Georgette
Georgette was rare gift, and I’m honored to have been called her friend. She always found the positive in any given situation and shared a little of God’s grace with whomever she met. She will forever live in my heart.
Georgette is gone but not forgotten. Her spirit will live on in our hearts and in all we do. She kept the VOL Social Committee organized and moving in the right direction and when we seemed to veer off course she would gently guide us back on track. I am sadden to hear the lost of a good friend. Georgette was a member of Cape Henlopen Senior Center. She was in charge of our Drama Club, sang in our CHSC Chorus, participated in our variety shows and was in charge of our CHSC Book Club, Georgette was always full of laughter and I never saw her get upset over anything. She loved her husband and children. I believe that Georgette truly was a gift from God and she will truly be missed by all who knew her.

Georgette was a good and kind friend whose laugh was infectious. Her commitment to her family and friends and to her community caused her to be active in many ways, and her influence and calm demeanor will be sorely missed. She was my friend and I loved her, and nothing will be the same without her presence, whether Lunch With a Purpose, Social Committee, Bingo,or just lunch with the girls. One memory that sticks in my mind is how much she enjoyed a good afternoon tea. The way she ensured that we all had seats at the VIA Tea, and how we planned our community Downton Abbey movie and Tea at Victoria's, will always be one of my fondest memories of her.
