George E. Lewis' Obituary
George E. Lewis, age 64 of Dagsboro, DE passed away Sunday, November 19, 2006 at Veterans Administration Hospital, Elsmere, DE. He was born on June 9, 1942 in Pasadena, MD to the late John Harrison and Ida May (Hancock) Lewis.
Mr. Lewis resided in the Dagsboro area all his life. He enjoyed playing pool, loved music and was good at being a handyman. He served in the United States Army and was a Veteran of the Korean War.
He is survived by three sons; John H. L. King and his wife Eugenija of Lewes, Jimmy L. Andrie and his wife Micki of Dagsboro, and Allen A. Andrie of Georgetown, DE; one daughter, Dawn G. Tulowitzki and her husband Scott of Georgetown; eight grandchildren, Keilo J. King, Jayden L. King, Emilee M. Andrie, Dylan J. Andrie, Michelle L. Andrie, Breanna M. Tulowitzki, Scott A. Tulowitzki, and Branden Andrie; and 16 siblings some of whom are James Lewis of Dover, DE, Paul Lewis of Smyrna, DE, Renzie Lewis of North Carolina and Cathy Dawson of Wilmington.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 28, 11 AM at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, DE with burial to follow at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Millsboro, DE . Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday, November 27, 7-9 PM.
