George Douglas Haring's Obituary
George Douglas Haring, 82, of Lewes passed away August 16, 2024. He was born on April 11th, 1942, to George and Mabel Haring of Plainfield, NJ.
Doug was a graduate of Penn State University, and worked as an Engineer for Falcon Steel, DuPont, Chrysler, and Thiokol. His true joy, aside from spending time with his two sons, was riding motorcycles. Doug was also a master craftsman who excelled in everything that he designed and built, from motorcycles to cars, to furniture and miniature engines.
He is survived by his wife Linda, his sister Evelyn (King), his two sons Doug and David, his granddaughters Grace and Sasha, niece Melanie, and nephews Jeff and Todd.
