We hadn't seen Colly in years, but his sister Tammy worked with us for 30+years so we had that connection and we remember him as a gentle spirit . Our prayers continue. In His love, Carol & Dr. Lynch
Oh, Kim& Eva ,Brad & Colly, We were a Fearsome Foursome and hung out in our teen years all the time! All the innocent adventures we shared just hanging around. So many fond memories of those times by the river, at Collies eating lunch, riding around talking and laughing. Colly was always so calm and so kind. A gentle heart and intelligent person. Thought of you so many times in the years hence Colly, so fondly. Godspeed friend. All the love and support to your family now at this time of loss. Eva Jackson-Witter
I hadn’t seen Colly for a long time ! I remember him mostly when we were in school . I used to get picked on a lot by Classmates for what ever ?? But Colly never did that ! Always so friendly and kind !
It seems like yesterday we would be discussing engineer related problems in the lunch room at the NCR Plant in Millsboro, Delaware. We worked hard and played hard and developed a life long friendship. I am going to miss my friend greatly, My prayers go out to Dori and the children God Bless

We are so very sorry for your loss. Sending you our love and deepest condolences. Earl and Laura Mullens
Gene was a great guy to work with. He was so patient with an ever-changing cast of youngsters who relied on him. I'll remember him fondly.
Gene was one of my favorite people at WBOC. He helped me weather our move from typewriters to computers; he offered a calm and kind demeanor when the newsroom was in chaos; he shared fresh raspberries from his garden. My most sincere condolences to all of his family.
Gene was one of a kind. I worked with him at WBOC. He loved his family so much. I remember he would always eat hot stuff. Said it was good for you. He was truly a great man. He was unconditional and remained my friend, along with his family even when I left the station. When I received the news from his daugther I was heart broken. Truly a part of me will always hurt. But with that said, we know where his spirit is, in Heaven and I will, as will all of us see him again. To his family you know I love you all. Gene, watch over them. You will be missed. I love you my friend.
So sorry for your loss. I'd only met him a few times over the years but he seemed so kind. Thinking of you all during this difficult time. RIP Dolly.
