I have so many great memories of Frank. It’s hard to pick one. He was an amazing kind man who challenged the youth to think big and be better. Those of us who were fortunate enough to work with him and for him talk and reminisce often. Frank was the creator of such an amazing program for SSA. The agency can’t do without it now. My favorite memories were visiting him weekly and our rooftop chats discussing life family and our military history, which was an amazing bond. We talked about life how much he adored his family and his team. He took care of those who worked hard and believed in his vision. His humor and laughter is and has been so deeply missed. We love you Frank!! RIP and GODSPEED. Thank you for your laughter, wisdom, service to our country and love for so many years. ❤️❤️
