Frank Scibilia's Obituary
Frank Scibilia, age 79 of Lewes, DE passed away at home on Sunday, August 6, 2023. He was born on August 27,1943 in Chester, PA, son of the late Joseph Scibilia and Edith (Borsello) McDade.
Mr. Scibilia was a proud veteran, having honorably served in the US Air Force. After his honorable discharge, he enjoyed a lengthy career as a production manager for a paper company, retiring after many dedicated years. Faith was a pillar in his life, and he was an active member of St. Jude the Apostle Church in Lewes, DE. In his spare time, he loved playing golf, an activity that brought him great joy. What he treasured most was time spent with his friends and family, especially his grandchildren. Mr. Scibilia was a loving and nurturing husband, father, grandfather, and friend and his presence will be dearly missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Debbie, and his brother Joe. Mr. Scibilia is survived by his children: Steven Scibilia (Susan) of Newark, DE, and Christine Frazier (Quinn) of Frankford, DE; and his grandchildren: Michael, Jacob, Grace, and Luke Hopkins.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, August 14, 2023, at 11:30 AM at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, DE, where friends may call beginning at 10:30 AM. Burial will be private.
