It’s the day of memorial for my friend, but I have one more post. I hope this goes through. On a fiber job pulling from main campus to HCCC we needed multiple hands to work the many pull points,in order to reach across Rt4. Frank showed up and decided to lend a hand. Knowing how he was and wanted it to go perfectly, the pull went as planned. At the end I asked hi how many hours should we charge Christiana for your labor? He replied, in his strong voice “ I better not see any time charges for me helping you out !!!! Laughing and knowing that would set Frank off ! I had to do it! Love always friend ♥️
My deepest condolences to Cindy and family. Working with Frank for 25+ years at Christiana Care I learned this valuable lesson - set up email forwarding to text you when donuts are in the cafeteria (1st come 1st serve!)
Frank was one of the good guys at CCHS. Always helpful, always with good humor. And he was the go source for that rare network part, tucked away somewhere in his office. RIP Frank.
I couldn't make the service but am grateful for the reminiscing and stories on the webcast. I certainly hope Heaven has an endless supply of prime rib.
Cindy and family I am so sorry for your loss. Frank was one of a kind and someone that I loved, respected and had tons of laughs with. He always had that great smile on his face. I'm posting this picture and so well remember the daily hazing I would get on our morning chats in Donna's office or the coffee pot. Frank loved to tease me about my clothing. I was called "grandmother's sofa, popsicle, clam digger...". He brought a lot of fun to work. We've missed him since he retired and enjoyed his visits for lunch events. He will be so missed but will live forever our memories and our hearts.

Frank was an awesome man. It was an honor to get to know him and spend time at His home. Dave loved going down and cooking with Frank, Dave being a Chef him and Frank really Had a good time together. I remember when Dave carved ice out front of Frank’s house showing him how it was done. Now the two of them we’ll connect and do some cooking up above. Condolences to Frank‘s family.
My family and I are so sorry to know of his passing. He had been a friend to my family since 1968. He helped my dad panel our dining room. Frank and my dad went through a corn chowder phase. They made batches and passed it out to everyone at the community pool! One Christmas Eve I saw Santa Clause placing gifts under my tree. My mom said, it was Frank! When my family would pop in for a quick visit Frank would always feed my us no matter the time of day. He always made me/us laugh. He loved my whole family!!!
