I worked with Fran at Barley Mill Plaza. She was a very good worker who smiled a lot!
She organized our Christmas Party and it was delightful!

As a fellow dog lover, one of my first Pinewater neighborhood greetings was from Fran and her pooch cruising in her golf cart, while I was walking my dog. Her kind eyes and smile welcomed me, and made me feel at home. The day she got Albert, she came by my house to show him off, and I fell a little bit more in love with both of them as we sat together watching our "twins" roam my back yard. How could you not fall in love with Fran? A sweetheart has gone to heaven. She will be missed. Sincere condolences to her dear family.
