Midge was our neighbor. What a wonderful, sweet person. She would do anything to help others. My husband Ken and I will miss her. Midge and I had a wonderful secret together. She loved
her daughter-in-law very much. She asked me to go on line and order a beautiful throw for Kim. We laughed so hard. We tried to sneak the throw in the house so many times. But Kim was always around the corner. The throw was for Kim’s birthday. Unfortunately Midge isn’t here to give the throw to Kim. It saddens me deeply. But, she told me that one day Kim was going to clean the closet out. Well Midge said Kim, don’t go in there. So Kim if you didn’t get the throw yet. Its in the closet. I know for sure she was loved by her son Jeff and I’m sure her wonderful family too. We loved her dearly.

Midge and I came into the church at New Covenant Prsbyterian in Lewes, Delaware at the same time. She was a loving person who was steadfast in her Christianity despite any trials and tribulations. She was an inspiration to me and many others who knew her for her strong faith, loving kindness, sense of humor, and hope. Although she will be greatly missed, she is undoubtedly with our Lord Jesus Christ .

Midge was a kind and gentle soul, a genuine follower of Christ, whose joyful countenance lit up any room. I am so thankful to have known her, though our time together was all too brief.

My sincere condolences to her family for the sadness of their loss, and yet I rejoice for Midge, for whom death was but a promotion to her heavenly home.
