First of all my deepest condolences to Felicia's family. I knew her for over 15 years and if there were an angel on earth, it would be her. She always had a minute to talk to you and always made you feel good after leaving her office. She was a very unselfish person and was always there for me. I will always have a special place in my heart for felicia.
You can now rest in peace my friend. Glad you had a long time since retirement to enjoy your life to do the things you wanted.

Dear Hickman Family,
It was my pleasure to work with Felicia for about 10 years at Christiana Care.Together we worked with her employee "problem children" in beating their addictions and personal problems.Never did I work with a more straight forward caring person who helped untold numbers of needy individuals. There is a special place in heaven for people like Felicia.God bless you and her.The best legacy you can leave isn't wealth,it's the number of people whose lives you changed for the better.Bill MacDonald
So sorry for your loss Bill,I no she is smiling down on you tho and loving you so much.
Dear Bill and Julie and all other loved ones:
I want to express my sadness for your family of the loss of your mom, mom-mom. Death is such a thief. It robs us of the most precious things we have!!! The Bible actually calls death an enemy. Soo true. But when that enemy is gone. We can be there for those we miss so much and welcome them back to life on a beautiful paradise earth in perfect health and vibrancy of youth. The way we are meant to be. Until that time we have the comfort of each other and many happy memories.
Thinking of you all at this time of such sadness.
With Love, Beverly (Aunt Bud)
I extend my deepest sympathy to Felicia's family. Felicia was a close friend of my mother from the time they worked and lived together in their twenties. I will always remember Felicia as a kind, lively lady who was true to her friends. She will be greatly missed.
