Evelyn A. Finnegan's Obituary
Bethany Beach, DE - Evelyn A. Finnegan made her first steps toward the Rainbow Bridge on March 30, 2006. She left this world in the company of her beloved family and care givers.
Born June 22, 1922, in Brooklyn, New York, Evelyn was a twin daughter of Theodore and Elsie (Freiberg) Schwab.
Surviving are a husband, Kenneth C; a son, Dr. Victor C. Ortloff, Wetumka, Alabama; a daughter, Patricia L. Finnegan of Orwigsburg, PA; a grandson, Kenneth J. Ortloff, Alpharetta, Georgia, and a granddaughter, Kimberly Ortloff-Hightower, of Tallahassee, Florida. Evelyn was also a great grandmother to lan Alexander and Lilly Kate Ortloff. Evelyn is also survived by a twin sister, Elsie Senfft of Henderson, Nevada.
Evelyn always enjoyed cooking, sewing, and caring for her family. Her family was the most important thing in her life. Evelyn was the glue that held her family together. There was no person who was more important to Kenneth, than Evelyn. She was his world.
At the request of the family, no calling hours will be observed.

Evelyn was a tower of strength in a five foot body. She will be sadly missed but will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
