Joy H. Hopkins, 90, of Lewes, Delaware, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at Cadia Rehabilitation Renaissance in Millsboro, Delaware, following a brief illness. Born on February 8, 1936, to William W. and Etta J. Hamilton, J Read Obituary

I met Joy back in 1980 when I was working on 4th Surgical at Beebe & she worked the OR desk - she ran a tight ship! Fast forward 30 years, I was working with Joy again at Beebe. She was a dedicated , dependable member of Team Beebe. And I enjoyed working with her. I would also see her at church with her family. And I've known Kenny & Sandi for many years. My thoughts & prayers are with Kenny & Sandi & their families - May God bring you peace & comfort today & in the days to follow.

Sandi,
We are so sorry for your loss. Please know that all of us are thinking of you and your family during this incredibly difficult time. Your mom was clearly deeply loved, and we hope the memories you shared together bring you comfort in the days ahead. In honor of her memory, our work family made a donation to Eastern Star as a small tribute to a life that meant so much to so many.
With Love,
The Rehoboth Branch

Kenny & Sandy,
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your mother - she was a wonderful lady.
I will never forget the time she chaperoned the Class of 81 ski trip to Canada! Both of your parents were very supportive of our class - especially hosting our float decorating events!
I will keep you and your families in my thoughts and prayers.
