Eric Craig O'Neill's Obituary
Eric C. O’Neill, age 54 of Lewes, DE, passed away suddenly on November 18, 2022, at his home. He was born on December 15, 1967, in Coatesville, PA, son of the late Adriel and Klara O’Neill.
Eric was a graduate of Dover High School, in Dover, DE. Following graduation, he began a career in TV cable networking and at the time of his passing was a truck driver. Eric had a love of life and enjoyed different interests. He was a lover of music, comedy, and storytelling, and he loved riding motorcycles. Eric had a kind heart and good nature, never meeting a stranger and being a good Samaritan to anyone in need. He enjoyed all the outdoors and was a friend and protector of animals, Golden Retrievers in particular. Eric treasured time spent with those he loved more than anything. He was a loving and devoted brother, uncle, and friend. We will miss you, Eric.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Thomas M. Lawlor; and his sister, Lisa Elaina O’Neill. Eric is survived by his siblings: Bryan O’Neill (Gabriela) of Wilmington, NC and Rennae Williams (Luke) of Lewes, DE; his nephew and Godson, Sean Michael Lawlor of Wilmington, NC; his nephews: Matthew Lawlor (Christine) and Thaddeus O’Neill of Wilmington, NC; and his niece, Annika O’Neill of Wilmington, NC.
Eric will be laid to rest privately at St. Peter’s Cemetery in Lewes.
