Emily L. Waybright, age 88, of Rehoboth Beach, DE passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at Beebe Healthcare in Lewes, DE. She was born on December 12, 1927 in Jellico, TN, daughter of Lewis and Laura Leach.
She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Robert Waybright.
