Ellen was a wonderful neighbor and friend. I had the honor of knowing her for the past few years. She was always a woman of elegance and had kind words to say about everyone. I miss her smile and words of wisdom. She loved macaroons and used to bring me some of them from a special bakery. When we planned community parties, she always added an extra touch, whether it was flowers for the table, or crab dip, Ellen knew how to throw a party with class. I miss her every day, and our hearts go out to her family. I feel like I know her granddaughters, although I have never met them. She would bring me music concert programs and would proudly show me all of their names and accomplishments. She was a true light in the world, and will never be forgotten. Our deepest sympathy goes to her husband and family. We are so sorry for your loss.
