I will NEVER forget Eleanor. Her contagious enthusiasm for the Hagley experience impacted so many of us who worked there, as well as the thousands of visitors to the museum. I am especially mindful of all she did to create Blacksmith Hill, and make it the most wonderful part of the museum visit.
I also must add that she introduced me to the feminist approach to empowering women, and I have never forgotten the thoughtful and thought provoking discussions we had during our work at Hagley.
Thank you to all her family, for the opportunity to have worked with Eleanor!
Fondly,
Marilyn Siebold (I worked at Hagley from 1976 - 1985, first in the library and then as Director of Volunteers).
