Edward F. Styc's Obituary
Edward F. Styc, age 84 of Rehoboth Beach, DE passed away at his residence on Tuesday, January 17, 2006. He was born in Utica, NY on January 20, 1921 son of the late Joseph and Mary (Osucha) Styc.
Mr. Styc was a World War II U.S. Marine veteran; he served at Okinowa, Guam, Japan and the Pacific Theatre. He was employed at Midway Par 3 for 15 years. He was an avid golfer.
He is survived by his wife Meredith M. Styc; two sons, Tom Styc of Alexandria, Va and Gary Styc of Marlton, NJ; three daughers, Kay Cirillo of New Canaan, CT, Tracey Styc and Lynne Lynn, both of Turnersville, NJ; 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at Silver Lake, Rehoboth Beach, behind the Styc home on Wednesday, August 9th at Sunset.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the The Children's Foundation (Neurofibromatosis)
