Edward Martin Stuhl's Obituary
Edward M. Stuhl, age 63, passed away on September 20, 2014. Ed was born in Philadelphia, PA on May 16, 1951, son of Joan and the late Edward T. Stuhl.
Ed is survived by his devoted wife of 40 years, Judy (Malek); loving mother, Joan; brother, Martin (Jill); children, Eric (Sarah), Jonathan (Theresa), Andrew (Ariana), and Ashley (Paolo); grandchildren, Xander, Wyatt, Helena Grace, Jaclynne Ella, Everett; many relatives and close friends.
Known for his kind heart and witty personality, Ed always went out of his way to make others feel special. He honorably retired from Amtrak after 34 years of dedicated service. He cherished time with his wife and family, trips to Longwood Gardens and the Art Museums, and relaxing by the water.
Prayer Services will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at 11:30 AM at the Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel,16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, DE where visitation will begin at 10:30 AM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Ann Catholic Church, 691 Garfield Pkwy, Bethany Beach, DE 19930 or to the nonprofit organization Love is Louder than Cancer (LoveisLouderthanCancer.org), which supports families battling Cancer.
