My heart goes out to Mr. Fairbanks family & friends. I'm thankful I had the pleasure to take care of him and get close to him. I will always cherish the memories we shared along with the life lessons he taught me. Some days I kept him in check, most days he sure kept me in check on my tippy toes. He will be a resident I will remember forever! Hugs & prayers to loved ones.

So sorry to hear about your passing, will miss you, your friend Jean.
It has been a long time since I've seen you, Mr. Fairbanks, but the memories of you living next door to us and all of us hanging out at Wood's Wharf with you will live on in my heart forever!
I am blessed to have had you, Dora, Mary, Chris and Ray as such special people in my childhood, with the many good memories that will live on in my mind! I wish you all comfort during this difficult time.
I am sending hugs and reliving our days of catching crabs together down at the boat, eating those crabs together back home, skateboarding down the sidewalks of Moffett Road, summer nights on the front porches, eating Moon Pies and drinking Grape NeHi on the pier at Mr. Woods' place, and swimming in your pool in the back yard. You certainly hold a special place in this girl's heart.
I hope the fish are biting and the bay is always calm for you now. I hope you are happily in the arms of Mrs. Fairbanks, watching over your family from up above. Rest In Peace.
Fondly from one of the girls next door - Terrie Hoyle Frazier
