Edna Mae Schaller's Obituary
Edna Mae Schaller, age 84 of Rehoboth Beach, DE, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, August 26, 2021. She was born on October 3, 1936, in Allentown, PA, daughter of the late George and Stella Smith.
Mrs. Schaller relocated to Sussex County 25 years ago, after spending most of her life in the Lehigh Valley, PA. She was an active member of the Indian River Senior Center and enjoyed the social aspects of that membership. Above all, Mrs. Schaller cherished time spent with those she held most dear. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Mrs. Schaller is survived by her beloved husband of 65 years, Arlan Paul Schaller; her children: Carolyn Bly and Richard Schaller (Tiffany); her grandchildren: James Hahn, Amanda Hart, Aimee Wendt, and Joshua Schaller; her 6 great-grandchildren; and her sisters: Anna Weller and Erma Firestone.
