Edith F. Repshis' Obituary
Edith F. Repshis, age 79 of Ocean View, DE passed away peacefully at her residence on Thursday, January 14, 2010. Born Monday, February 10, 1930 in Cambridge, MA, she was the daughter of the late John and Frances (Daly) Repshis.
She retired to Ocean View in 1995, coming from Alexandria, VA, where she was an Executive Secretary for 22 years for Cushman, Darby & Cushman, LLP, a patent law firm in Washington, DC. Edith was an avid Redskins fan, and enjoyed traveling, cooking and entertaining at her home during the holidays.
She is survived by her son, John D. Repshis of Lorton, VA.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2010 at 3:00 PM at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Clarksville Chapel, 34874 Atlantic Avenue, Ocean View, DE, with the Rev. Gary Tulak officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Pleasant Valley Memorial Park, Annandale, VA at a later date.
