Earl H. Passwaters' Obituary
Earl H. Passwaters of Bridgeville, DE passed away suddenly at home on June 7, 2011. He was born on July 25, 1952, the son of Earl and Helen Passwaters who preceded him in death.
He attended Florida State University where he played football before returning to Bridgeville to farm with his father and brother. He was a seed representative for twenty-six years for Pioneer HiBred International. In 2008 he established East Coast Seed, LLC where he continued to work with local growers, supplying seed and consultation.
He was member of the Bridgeville Volunteer Fire Company where he worked with the Fire Police.
He is survived by his wife of thirty-nine years, Beth (Lewis) Passwaters; a son Brian Passwaters and his wife Amber of Hampstead, NC; a daughter Amanda Forbes and her husband Scott of Chapel Hill, NC; five granddaughters, Cassandra, Elizabeth and Samantha Passwaters and Hannah and Ally Forbes; his brother Coulter and his wife Charlotte of Bridgeville; his mother-in-law Dorothy Lewis of Wilmington, NC; a sister-in-law Molly McIntosh of the Bahamas and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Friday June 10, 2011 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Hardesty Chapel, 202 Laws Street, Bridgeville, DE. Services and Burial will be private.
