Grace may remember me since we were at UD at same time.
I was fortunate to have your mother for 5th grade. I clearly remember her letting e exert my independence and voice even if I embarrassed myself. I learned so much in her class.
The picture you used is excellent, but I would never have recognized her. She aged well!
I learned of her death via GHS friends on Facebook.
My sympathies to you and your families. It is difficult to lose your mother under any circumstances.
May she rest in peace. One truly lovely person and she will be missed by all who knew her.
Although I didn't have the privilege of teaching with Dot before she retired, I was blessed to have worked with her when she so generously shared her time as a substitute teacher. She was friendly, fun and such a dear lady. She knew what children needed and they loved her! She was a wonderful, delightful lady. How blessed I am to have known her!
