I'm so glad to have had time and conversations with DJ, brief as they were. What a wonder filled life, sense of humor and stories she shared! Blessings to you both, Carol and Sue. It's been a ride that I'm sure has strengthened you both in relationship and caregiving capacity.

I remember visiting her. Sometimes we would sit at the dining room table both of us laughing. Usually, she would show me how far along she was doing with her knitting projects. Sometimes it looked like there was no change, but it didn't matter to me. I enjoyed DJ's company & admired her intelligence.
