My wife and I enjoyed so much sitting at a table and listening to Don's stories
I provided several police badges for Don's display and enjoyed seeing him get excited which each one I gave him. The last weekend of the season my wife Kristan and I sat with Don for a while just listening to him and shared a story with him on how my wife and I met, it's a special story; truly will miss Don thanks so much for sharing Don with all of us
Dear Don, Jan and Chelsey,
We just want to express our sincere sympathy in the loss of “Papa Don”.
We met all of you just 5 years ago, but feel as though we have known all of you forever. We have always enjoyed going to 2 dips for our summer treat. We enjoyed the company of all of you especially Papa Don and his collection of all his favorite things. It wasn’t just about the ice cream. Our daughter especially enjoyed Papa Don’s company as she always felt he was like a grandfather to her. We always have so much fun when we visit and have met so many nice people each time we go. Papa Don was a pleasure to have known and wish we could have known him longer. All of you are like family to us. Papa Don will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

It's amazing how many lives Mr. Wagner touched with his stories, his humor, and his character. He will be sorely missed at 2 Dips. What a wonderful man.
Mr. Wagner was such a kind gentleman who delighted in his volunteer service at Beebe Healthcare. I had the pleasure of knowing Don where I work in the emergency room. He always had a smile and shared many funny jokes which I delighted to hear in the midst of a busy day. May Our Heavenly Father comfort you during this time as you remember and cherish the many fond memories of your loved one, Mr. Wagner
