So sorry that this week we are just learning of Don's passing. What a wonderful and talented man - and a great friend. We loved being part of his and Char's life and adventures. (Lynne and Toby)
He was a great guy and a great roommate at USNA. We had good times together and I send my sympathy and congratulations to all of you.
Met Don a week before we entered the Academy. He lived in another area from me during the time there, so I didn’t see him much. Didn’t connect after graduation, in approximately 2015, he moved to Rehoboth Beach, where we were living. We got together for lunch from time to time. He lived hid sports car. My condolences for the loss of Don. He was one of the good guys, who did a lot for this country. NON SIBI SED PATRIA!
His 1963 classmates in the 22nd Company at the U.S.Naval Academy send our condolences to the family. Don will be remembered for his good nature, care and respect for others, and his positive attitude. Rest in peace, Classmate.
