Diane L. Tyson's Obituary
Diane L. (Louret) Tyson, age 67, of Lewes, DE died Monday, April 17, 2006, at her residence. Mrs. Tyson was born in Sheboygan County, WI, daughter of the late Maurice W. and Daphne (Mattes) Louret. She was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin at LaCrosse where she received her Bachelor of Science degree, and was also a graduate of Washington State University where she received her Master of Science degree. Mrs. Tyson lived in Lewes with her husband for the last 4 years. She had been employed as a school guidance counselor for 34 years.
She was a member of the Lewes Greenways Committee, and was a board member of the Friends of Cape Henlopen State Park. She also was a board member of the Coastal Concert Series in Lewes.
Mrs. Tyson is survived by her husband of 31 years, Gregory Allen Tyson; a brother Maurice J. Louret of Avoca, WI; and her two faithful companions, Peaches & Rolex.
A Celebratiion of Life Service for Mrs. Tyson will be held on April 25, 2006 at 1:30 P.M. at the Inn @ Canal Square, Pilottown Road, Lewes, DE.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to the Lance Armstrong Foundation, P.O.Box 161150, Austin, TX 78716-1150.
Arrangements are being handled by Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, Lewes, DE. Interment will be at Private.
