Denis Alvin Jamison's Obituary
Denis Alvin Jamison, 69, of Millsboro, DE and formerly of Brandywine, MD, died on November 26, 2025, at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. He was born in Washington, DC on October 16, 1956, son of the late Joseph Marimon Jamison and Katheryne Elizabeth “Barrack” Jamison.
Mr. Jamison was the former owner and mechanic of Wholesale Auto Repairs in Beltsville, MD. He later became a supervisor for Prince Georges County, MD Department of Public Works and Transportation. He was a charter boat Captain, and an avid hunter and fisherman.
He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Linda Kay “Lowe” Jamison of Millsboro, DE; a son, D.J. Jamison of Laurel, DE; six grandchildren, Kayla, Shyanne, Hunter, Abel, Levi, and Zack; two great-grandchildren, Tobias and Karsyn; a sister Sherry Kelly and her husband, Michael of Ohio; a brother, Mike Jamison of Kentucky; and his 4 legged best friend, Diesel. He was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.
A celebration of Life will be held later.
