Debra Kay Gietka's Obituary
Debra Kay Gietka, age 57 of Lake City, FL, formerly of Harrington, DE, passed away on Thursday, June 14, 2012 at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. She was born in Dover, DE on July 7, 1954, daughter of the late Clarence and Ida Marie (Messick) Beauchamp.
Mrs. Gietka worked in various clerical positions and as a bank teller. She was an associate and loved by the Outlaws Motorcycle Club, enjoyed Harley's, horses, Corvettes, shopping, home decorating and sun worshiping at the beach.
She is survived by her husband of 8 years, Edward M. Gietka, Jr. of Lake City, FL; two sons: Lamonte "Mark" Kendzierski and his wife Crystal of Tulsa, OK and Christian Stelljes of Dover, DE; her daughter, Ashlyn Sammons and her husband Adam of Milford, DE; three grandchildren: Addison James Kenzierski of Tulsa, OK, Madison Grace Johnson-Perry and Tanner Lane Sammons, both of Milford, DE; and two brothers: Keith Beauchamp of Harrington, DE and Wayne Beauchamp and his wife Lindy of Quartz Hills, CA.
A Celebration of Debra's Life will be held at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, DE on Thursday, June 21, 2012 at 8:00 P.M. The family will greet friends at the funeral home beginning at 7:00 PM. Interment will be private.
